My Teaching Philosophy

In every class, I will offer you an opportunity to ground yourself in the present moment, connect with your breath, be challenged by something, and find rest.

When I am guiding, everything that I offer is an option. It’s up to you to decide to take it, modify or skip it entirely. It does not matter to me how you practice as long as you’re moving safely. You are welcome to lay on your mat for a whole class if that’s what you need, or add on push-ups and headstands.

My goal is to lead with grounded authenticity and to empower you to connect more deeply with yourself. I encourage you to find fun and playfulness, to try new things and get more comfortable failing and falling.
